The Big Easy sign holder is made of recycled truck tires.  The overall size is 4' wide by 12" deep by 3" tall.  It can be use on dirt, asphalt and on concrete.  Once installed, the sign can be removed and easily installed again.  But you can leave the base in place without worry.  Kit comes complete with sign base, 2 securing pins, and 2 ground spikes.
